  • Greetings from Crossfit Cape Cod.
    Had a good team WOD this morning and teamed up with Mark from the Black Box who works out in the evening. 
    For time:50 Strict Pullups, 100 Hand Release Pushups, Row 5,000 Meters
    Time:  21:28
    We broke up the Pullups by 5, pushups by 10 and both rowed 2,500 meters.
    Good way to start the Thanksgiving debauchery.
