    OHS (triples):
    95-115-135-145-155f (1 rep)
    Dan Def had some good points on form issues that I need to resolve. I’m shooting my knees forward and coming up onto my toes at higher weights. 

    Cleans (singles):
    The 190# was ugly, but I caught it in a squat. I did a power clean for the 195f; I couldn’t get myself under it. My goal is to get a 200# clean by the end of the year.

    Snatches (singles):
    I couldn’t get the 125f high enough. The 115f was a power snatch followed by an OHS.

    Today was really great.
