    B: 15:28 dips were on GHD machine till last two rounds. Ran out of dips and switched to pushups. That’s a lot of dips. The pull-ups were real at least.

  • 11:20-ish. Had to stop mid-workout to help a few beginners w/paperwork, so Josh subtracted two minutes from my final time.

    Had trouble getting to a gym today, did sprints in the rain and slush, thankfully didn’t fall and kill myself, but I did feel like a real football player. 

    8 by 30 yard sprints best time was 5:87

    worst was 8:40, in this round my phone projected out of my pocket and hit me in the head, which slowed me down considerably.
