    Score: 4 pull ups (kipping, unassisted), 6 push ups, 11 squats

    I planned correctly this time; last time I attempted 5 pull ups and ended up with 3, and I often go for 7 and end up with 4 or 5 push ups, and squats I usually try for 13. So this time, I managed to stay the same reps for all rounds, all exercises. Both pull ups and push ups were looking ridiculous by the end, so my last rep or two for several rounds can only be counted charitably.

    And thanks to Sean for leading an interesting overview of what members of the box can do to gear up for competition. Looking forward to it.

    Severely jet lagged and recovering from some kind of crud from international travel this week so I went light on the back squats. Too light as it turns out so I got pissed and did five extra. I should have done ten extra. Oh well.

    alternated between chin ups and butterflies
    started missing reps at the end

    push ups: 10 straight across
    alternated between closer and wider hand-spacing

    squats: 19, 20, 20, 19, 17, 17, 17, 18
