    @sydney 5rds 40 double unders (which i can now do as 3 hops then 1 du continuously 20x!!!), 30 box jumps (20in) and 16 kb swings (1 pood) – 22:53.

    B. 7:51 @ 75lbs and double unders…should have gone up in weight on the OHS but still need to improve DUs

    Really upset i missed that last rep. took me probably over a minute to reload. Bad snatch + fatigue + heavy weight = weak sauce. If snatches were guns, mine would be the kind that pops out a flag that unrolls ever so slowly and says “bang.” no bueno.

    6:32 scaled to 115. DU’s were slow because my hips and legs are fried from questionable squat workouts.
