    Yesterday it seemed I discovered a deficiency in my Snatch, and Josh clarified it for me, for some time I knew that my overhead and balance was what needed improvement, but yesterday it was told to me, but by many different coaches. Need to do more overhead squats and snatch balances to really get my ass to the grass as they say

    Made up Tuesday’s swimming WOD, 13:21 (almost Rx, swam 50 yds instead of meters, so a bit short). Pushed off wall for first two rds, then started diving for last 3 when I realized nobody would give me a hard time. I know swimming really never comes up, but just curious, for CF swimming workouts, does anyone know if diving is the standard?

      I have access to the NYU gyms, so I went to their Palladium one on 14th St.

    As Kevin P once said there are only 2 foot positions for the snatch.Going to focus on that more next time :)
