Important Schedule Change TONIGHT, Wednesday Evening, May 25:
In order to accommodate those who are attending the Mark Sisson talk tonight at 8pm, we will be slightly shifting the start and stop times for the 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM WOD’s. There will also be some cancellations. Please read carefully to be sure of tonight’s schedule:
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM WOD will be 6:30 PM – 7:15 PM (Starts on time, and ends 15 minutes early)
7:30 PM – 8:30 PM WOD will be 7:15 PM – 8:00 PM (Starts 15 minutes early, and ends 30 minutes early)
7:30 PM – 8:30 PM Post-Elements WOD is canceled
8:30 PM – 9:30 PM WOD class is canceled
Open Gym hours are canceled
