For any athletes who are registered for the CF Games Open who need to come do the WOD and be judged, please post to comments about when you were hoping to come in and do the WOD, thanks.

50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

    just wanted to say that the again faster/jon gilson video on power cleans on the blog yesterday was full of extremely poor advice and incorrect cues.
    please use advice from kev p/avery on foot, hip, rack, and shoulder position instead.
