    Very sweaty afterwards, had fun, heavy push jerks are cool. I apologize to Sara for clogging up the class, as i was suppose to be doing the jerks.

    Hey all, I’ve been away from NYC for the past 6 months, but will be back in town on Monday. I am looking forward to getting back to the box. I’ve been doing a lot of strength work since i’ve been gone and am going to start doing CFFB next week. Is there a certain time when people show up for CFFB specifically? I know open gym is at 7:30pm during the week. Can’t wait to get after it!
