Today everyone is Big Dawg and can do the workout as prescribed. If you are new to this lift work on your technique. Here are a couple of videos:

And here’s why you want to wear weightlifting shoes to do a workout such as this–not sneakers:

Level two wod with Coach Sara’s class.

    round 1 = 10 dips, 20 kb swings, 50 du’s
    round 2 = 10 dips, 20 kb swings, 50 du”s
    round 3 = 6 dips, 10 kb swings, 25 du’s
    round 4 = 6 dips, 10 kb swings, 25 du’s
    round 5 = 6 dips, 10 kb swings, 25 du’s

Very sweaty afterwards, had fun, heavy push jerks are cool. I apologize to Sara for clogging up the class, as i was suppose to be doing the jerks.

Hey all, I’ve been away from NYC for the past 6 months, but will be back in town on Monday. I am looking forward to getting back to the box. I’ve been doing a lot of strength work since i’ve been gone and am going to start doing CFFB next week. Is there a certain time when people show up for CFFB specifically? I know open gym is at 7:30pm during the week. Can’t wait to get after it!
