Keeping score

To all Sectionals Competitors:

We are switching to a standardized score card for all Games Open WODs. Please find blank score cards on the front desk. There are folders divided by last name where you will store your score card in between Games Open WODs. All Games Open WODs must be logged in your score card.

Since most people have already completed WOD 1, it is okay if you do not log your 1st WOD in the score card, please be sure to start with WOD 2.

    30 GhD situps and 30 regular
    1 pood swing, i wanted to do it near unbroken, the 1.5 is not my level yet, but Courts seminar last Saturday really helped :-)

    Deltoid cramped up during burbees for some weird reason, and Sara was yelling at me, not a good time for a cramp

    first 17 hspu were without a plate, last 13 had a 45 and 10.

    Modified using thick green band and thin navy blue band for pullups. 24kg for kettlebell swings, and handstand pushups, only pushed up halfway to floor.

    I think handstand pushups took about 30 minutes.

    Burpees scaled to knees
    Pullups with one thick & one thin band
    HSPU with 45-25-10 plates

    Thanks and praises for Matt, who was the only reason my time wasn’t 61:04. Thanks for sticking it out with me…

    c&j: worked up to 165# … wrist was hurting today but the movement felt good and i can do heavier next time

    6 rounds of:

    1 minute – 15 KB Swings – 2 pood
    1 minute – Row max distance

    15 swings on rounds 1 – 4, 12 swings on rounds 5 and 6
    calories were 14, 14, 13, 12, 11, 14 … went slower on this to try and get as many swings as possible

    Handstand push-ups with three abmats (I’m trying to usually use two, but since I can only get 10 with two abmats before it all goes to shit, I went a little easier this time.)
