    Please note that there will be subs for the rope climb, including towel pull-ups. Please bring a towel if at all possible.

    Hi Sean,

    Thanks for offering to judge me. Sorry to get back to you this late I was traveling all day. I’ve been skiing this week and I’m pretty beat up so with the deadline extension I will probably wait to do the first workout sometime later this week.

    We have several top performing athletes who have not posted their scores to the Games Site (Ari, Jim, Sara, et al). If you do not post, you will not be able to contribute to our team’s results on this or any future WOD’s.

    Everyone else, we have about 40 of you who have done the WOD but not registered or posted. If our participation were to exceed 75 percent of our members, we would could probably win 2 tickets to the CrossFit Games for every single participant. We now have another week. Elements instructors should let their classes know that their students can register and do the WOD on Saturday.

    9:00 WOD with 95lb front squat, 4 ring pull ups. Back was really aching from a prior injury, so making a note to do the full135 next time this comes up.

    Countdown, subbed 5 single-ring pull ups for each rope climb. 11:18.

    Front squats are my bane. Hence, I enjoyed this WOD.
