WHAT: The Air Squat: Whether you are a recent elements grad or a seasoned crossfitter who struggles to get enough depth, improving your air squat is extremely important. Mike K. and Josh will walk you through the fundamentals of the movement, cover numerous drills and tips, and demonstrate how mastering the air squat can usually lead to improvements in other areas of crossfit.
