The gym is closed today in honor of the Thanksgiving holiday.
The rest of the holiday-weekend schedule is as follows:
Friday runs on a Sunday schedule (10am, 11am, noon, 1pm)
Saturday is a normal schedule and will be a make-up of Thursday’s WOD (“Helen”)

  • Just wanted to take a moment to say how thankful I am to all you members of our crazy little gym.
    It’s hard to believe how much we’ve grown since we started as an informal group working out together in Central Park, and I’m particularly thrilled that, despite all of that growth, we still feel like a real community, rather than just a gym.
    Looking forward to another great year together.
