    I have to let everyone know that on the day that Matt U. got married (this past Saturday) he had requested that Josh come up with a “Wedding WOD” for him to do at the 9am class as a way to calm his nerves for the big day.
    This is what Josh came up with:

    Three Rounds for Time:
    Kneel to Propose [100' Walking Lunges w/ 1.5 pood KB]
    Walk Down the Aisle [100' Farmer's Walk w/ 1.5 pood KBs]
    Carry Her Over the Threshold: [100' Zercher Walk w/ 95#)]
    Wedding Night: [21-15-9 Thruster w/ 95#]

    I didn’t get to witness the WOD but Matt reported back to me that it was just what he needed to have a great wedding day!
