    Home from DC for the holiday, so am working out with you nice folks for the week.
    WOD: 43-48-53-58-63(PR, ugly)- 68(PR, fail on 3)- 68(fail on 1)
    I know I could have gotten 68, but class was pretty much over by the time I got through 7 sets so I just didn’t rest enough at the end. In any event, my 5RM from last week was 60, so I feel great about this progress.

    worked up to a 3×5 backsquat @ 190#, new pr, feeling strong and form is definitely better than before i started football, then
    3 rounds for time:
    1 Full Gasser (sub 50 double unders)
    12 Power Cleans 185 lbs (sub 135#)
    6 Push Jerks 185 lbs (sub 135#)

    Court fixed my hand positioning so my forearms were more vertical, and that made all the difference. I push-pressed 135# without too much difficulty.
    Continue fighter pull-ups: 8-7-7-6-5 C2B pullups.

    I did push presses today!! hooray!!
    after 80, i could feel my shoulder so I stuck with 5 sets. Solid work for having a bum shoulder since the end of January…
    Thanks to Cain and Mike K for the tips/encouragement. Always good to have someone there yelling at me to do better!

    I seem to surprise Court with bad form all the time, I seemed to have a little mute hip that he corrected thanks Court, beat my PR today so I was happy
