    Didn’t really keep track of how many reps I did at which weights, I definitely did many more than the 10×1. Did this weight progression:
    45, 53, 63, 73, 83, 73, 63, 53, 33
    I have small hands and feel like I have a better grip on the thinner bars for these movements (snatch and clean.) My snatches were all definitely power snatches, didn’t really get into much of a squat under the bar. Need to work on dropping under the bar more. Thanks Kevin for putting us through all those drills, they are very helpful. Probably more helpful than doing the actual lifts for me at this point.

    50-40-30-20-10 DU’s and Sit-ups
    18-16-14-12-10 pistols (right after sit-ups)
    pistols done with 6″ box and 45# plate. sit-ups ab mat, no anchor
    I still suck @ pistols, which is why I did them today. Also noticed that my left leg is much weaker than my right…

    hang power snatch: 105, 115, 95, 100, 105, 115 – form is definitely an issue for me and was limiting me to the 115
    then 15 minute amrap of:
    3 Deadlifts – 315 lbs (subbed 245#)
    6 Ring Dips
    9 Toes to Bar
    6 rounds + 3 deadlifts … toes to bar took the most time, arms need a break from yesterday
