    slightly buzzed from the 2 porkslaps this morning at brunch, I got through 5 rounds in 4:00 and said screw the last 2 rounds, who picks 7 rounds for a workout anyway?

    Pathetic. A little worn down from the week, and the station where I was wallballing had this electrical socket that when I hit it, made it bounce in unpredictable directions LOL.
    Kips were unbroken for the first two sets then fell apart.
    Part of the problem might be that I am “holding a little at the top” instead of pushing away faster.
