    Had more than a week off, it was one of the hardest workouts I’ve done in a while.
    Allison and Court, Alex says hi. He spoke fondly of his time at CFNYC in 2008 back at the old location. I would highly recommend to anyone if they’re in Munich to come workout. It was a lot of fun, they don’t workout outside all the time but that made it better, the weather was good and the park is really nice. I could have used an easier WOD but whatever.
