    Hi guys, I thought some of you who like coffee might be interested in one of the neighbors… A Counter Culture training center is in 37 W 26th, #400, and they have public cuppings every Friday at noon (except a week from today), and today I went and it was awesome. We had 3 process types to compare from the same Salvadoran farm in front of us. Then we got to try an espresso blend of those coffees they’re working on before it goes on the market. Counter Culture is also one of the best roasters. I really recommend visiting their office.

    Strangely, the comments section yesterday closed after five comments. I tried posting my deadlifts there but no dice. Anyhow, I PR’d with 140, bringing me ever closer to my goal of 150-153# by the end of the year. I have video and everything (thanks, Lenny!), though sadly my back rounded.

    For anyone who’s interested, there’s a Release Party for Robb Wolf’s The Paleolithic Solution book tomorrow night at 8:30pm. Details here:

    Regarding FGB, our intent is to accommodate people as they arrive, and to welcome guests of participants.
    Sara and I will be managing the floor, and between the two of us plus several volunteer members and coaches, we hope to get people in an out in under an hour, while also making the place comfortable for people to linger.
