    was nervous about trying snatches today because that’s how i hurt myself. went light and concentrated on keeping my shoulder in the shelf. as long as i did that, I had absolutely no problems with my shoulder. :)
    got up to 43# today. by no means a 1RM, but it’s double the weight I was using when I hurt myself, so I’m happy with that.

    Been practicing the snatch at Lost Battalion Hall in Queens. Was there last night. Stayed light because of knee discomfort, i.e., pain. But last week I snatched 40 kg = 88 lbs.
