    Friday was Pose practice, stair sprints at Prospect Park, and tabata push ups (8 across).
    Today’s WOD was 10 minutes:
    5 power cleans, 95#
    10 overhead walking lunges, 25# plate
    Rest 10 minutes.
    10 minute ladder (1-1, 2-2, etc):
    155# deadlift
    burpee box jump (24 inches)
    Part 1: 7 rounds plus 5 power cleans
    Part 2: 8 rounds

    Should have gone heavier, though it sucked regardless.
