I’m going to the 5:30 WOD. Hopefully I won’t get a headache, but I can’t sit still any longer.

Mike N and I signed up a team for this Sunday’s Spartan Race in Queens
    http://www.spartanrace.com/queens_ny.php
Unfortunately our 4th dropped out, so if anyone is interested in running this at a discount (you’d pay $45 instead of $70) let one of us know. (ahill at schafer-cullen.com or mnerenburg at santander.us)
We’re in the 2:00 Sunday heat.

If you’ve got a camera that can take decent action shots and would be willing/able to take photos and/or video of our FGB5 Fundraiser on Sat., Sept. 25th, please drop me an email at allisonATcrossfitnycDOTcom.
(You wouldn’t have to stick around to document the entire thing, even if you were able to be there for just an hour or so, that’d be great.)
If I can get a few volunteers, we could get great footage of the event throughout the day…
Whether you’re participating in the fundraiser or not, your volunteering to help photograph would be MUCH appreciated!

8 rounds 75# for first six, 65# for last two, and tiny box to elevate my feet for the ring pushups – 21:03
then 21-15-9 115# bench press (erm, not body weight HEHE), and pullups – 6:40

  • Simon P

10 rounds, 75# sumo deadlift sub, feet elevated on box – 16:15 I maybe could have gone a little heavier on the sdlhp but think I probably actually scaled this appropriately.

  • Eric

    Coe
    75# thruster
    20:58
Ring Pushups were rough, started off near the ground, then got higher and higher (:
