3:16ish (225# on the bar and toes-on-the-box HSPU)
Aside from clearly needing to work on HSPUs the weight was clearly too light.
Cashed-out with deadlift: 1-1-1-1-1-1… working to 365# (a new PR and an indication that I probably should have had an additional 50# on the bar initially).
HSPUs are another story. I’ve been pretty proactive about working on weakness but have dodged these like the plague… there’s just a lot going on with them that I suck at (from controlling myself in the handstand to dealing with shoulder weakness)

405# for deads and HSPU on paralettes to 3 abmats
HSPUs were significantly harder than the deads

    6:31 (275# + toes-on-box)
