    Happy Birthday Kent. Nice to see you yesterday.
    THanks to Mike who bravely took me on as a team mate! Came in 2nd in the team effort. Also had a blast having lunch with everyone afterwards! I’m so glad I have found CrossFit. I love the work out, and I so appreicate everyone making me feel like I’m part of the community.

    13:54 Rx’d, so I thought… 9am class had 250m on the board instead of 500m. Oh well. PR’d on deadlifts though, so that’s cool.
