    24:23 – Rx’d weights but I scaled to 40 reps because I was worried about time – definitely should have gone Rx completely.
    Great showing at the 8am class! Would be a shame if that timeslot went away. I’m just sayin. 🙂

    This sucked. I was majorly discouraged. But somehow also 5 minutes faster than last time.
    This was also the first time I’ve ever wall balled 14 pounds. Brutal.
