55 pound Squat snatch, 7 reps
20″ Box jumps, 10 reps

    Does anybody know what the situation with spectators at the Sectionals is now? I know it was originally $50 to register to watch, but spectator registration appears to be closed on the site. Are they already capping the people that can come? Still charging? Can you still get tickets otherwise? Any info would be appreciated.

    I have to cancel going to the Rest Day Dinner tonight – some more housing drama came up that needs to be sorted out. I hope to make the next one! I’m getting annoyed that my life is getting in the way of Crossfit. At least I’ll be attending the second Rest Day Wastefest next week :-).

    Used 2 abmats for HSPU’s. Started squat snatch with 33#, increased it to 43#.
    I LOVE the bucolic NASCAR scene!

    30 DU’s 15 ring rows 15 leg raises 20 KB squat cleans (8kg ea.)
