I'm pretty sure I haven't posted anything in January, but don't have it all with me or care to type it all. Just some recent stuff.
Did the O.P.T WOD with Jacinto and Matt this morning:
A1 T&G Deadlifts, 95#, 15 reps unbroken, 10 sec rest
A2 Ring dips (band), 10 reps, 10 sec rest
A3 Clapping push-ups, 10 reps, 180 sec rest

B1 GHD back-extensions, 25 reps, 10 sec rest
B2 Push-ups, 25 reps, 90 sec rest

C1 AMRAP 5 minutes, double-unders: 105
D1 HSPU Practice - my left shoulder was hurting by this point, so I didn't bother doing any handstands.
Overall it took about 30 min and change. I'm still achey from yesterday's WOD.
Pull-up Challenge: 1016
Made up deadlifts
185 x 5
225 x 5
245 x 5
255 x 5
265 x 5
275 x 5
275 x 5
1st attempt Snatch 67kg (147.4 lb)
1st attempt 30 sec buzzer freaked me out thought I was late so just ripped it up. basically a power snatch.
2nd attempt 69kg (151.8 lbs)miss. Had it but wasn't focused and a little fatigued from previous attempt since had about only a minute to rest. No one tried 67kg so I had one minute for my next attempt and however long it took to put on 2 kilos. Those weight changer guys were quick.
3rd attempt 69kg miss attempted same weight so had 2 min to lift. Again had to get used to lifting maximally with short rest periods. Have to practice this for the next meet.
Clean and Jerks.
85kg (187 lbs)1st attempt felt good.
90kg (198)(2nd attempt felt better more aggressive
93kg (204.6)3rd attempt pr. Strong clean. Need deeper split on the jerk.
Bodyweight 74kg (162.8)
Congrats Kevin! Nice work!
