61; 4,19,9,13,16 – should have done 6 on row, 20 on squat, 10 on pull, and maybe 14-15 on pushes.

    8:30p class
    42 total
    rows: 6 all rounds
    squats: 17 all rounds
    pullups: 6 all rounds
    pushups: 8,8,8,8,5,5,5,5
    situps: 14,13,11,8,8,8,8
Practically reached failure on the pushups, last 4 rounds were on my knees and awful. I also overestimated my situps.

    squats 22
    pullups 8

    Row: 10,9,8,8,8,7,7,8 – 7
    Squat: 17,17,17,16,15,15,15,15 – 15
    Pullup: 11,11,11,7,7,7,7,7 – 7
    Pushup: 14,14,14,14,11,11,11,11 – 11
    Situp: 14,13,13,10,10,10,10,10 – 10
miscounted on round 6 of the row & stopped early – could’ve easily had 8.
Got a little greedy on the pullups and pushups, and grossly underestimated how fatigued abs were from the last cycle.

I did a totally different set of Tabatas.
    double unders: 19 straight across
    hip extensions: 10/10/12/12/15/15/15/17
    pull ups: 8 straight across
HSPUs: 3 straight across; last two rounds were broken 2/1
GH sit ups: 8 straight across
    Next time:
    DU: at least 20
    hip ext: 15
    pull ups: 9-10
    HSPU: 3-4
    GH sit: 9-10

  • brad s

    squats 14
    pullups 3
    pushups 4
    situps 9
    row 5
    35
gamed it properly apart from the pushups. maybe could have gotten more out of the row. rowing last didn’t help. prefer cumulative scoring but brutal nonetheless.

  • Jai

Gamed everything right except the push-ups, which I did first. I’m used to them being after pull-ups, and I’m normally struggling to get six. Working fresh, I could have done 7 or even 8. Now I know.
In the order I did them:
    Push-ups: 6
    Sit-ups, anchored: 12
Row: 4 (this was a little confusing; I sometimes hit 5, but on average I was 4; not sure if there were any 3s but I doubt it)
Squat: 15 (my highest score yet for these)
Pull-up: 4 (managed to stay at 5 for 5 rounds, then lost it)
    Total: 41
Worked on some goats after (trying to get a ring dip, 4 sets of 12 GHD sit-ups, practiced handstands, 4 sets of 10 35# kb swings, then 4 sets of reps each leg of pistols). Then encouraged the current Elements class and wandered off home.
