    Been missing FAR too many workouts lately.
    Made this up Saturday with what I will call “Home Gym Eva”
    800m treadmill runs
    30 1-pood swings
    30 pushups (rounds 1, 3, & 5) / 30 sit-ups (rounds 2 & 4)
    I was aiming for real push-ups across, but muscle failure loomed during round 1, so i threw the sit-ups in to break it up.
