Normally I wouldn't care about running in the rain but with 26.2 miles looming on Sunday I don't want to put myself at risk.

I'm still planning to run with CFE tonight, if we're still on. If it's cancelled, I'll head to the Box. I suppose if it's coming down in torrents, we'll call it swimming instead, right?
I plan on running/swimming at CFE this evening. The park should be nice and quiet for a change.
Afterwards I plan to help Eric set up his space.

YES CFE is always on, rain, snow, sun, whatever. if you paid alot of money and trained really hard for an event and then it rained on that day are you not going to show up. of course not, you are going to compete and try your absolute hardest.

CFE in the park, lots of warm-up stuff. Then eight rounds of one minute run, one minute rest. I stayed at about 300 meters for each run. Feeling my hamstrings more as I run; good.
