    Survey Question:
    Should we offer some shorter weeknight “WOD Only” classes? For example, as an alternative to the regular one-hour WOD classes at 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, we might instead have a 6:00 – 6:40, 6:40 – 7:20, and 7:20 – 8:00 (leaving the hour-long classes on the half-hour unchanged in time and format).
    Those choosing the shorter classes, would do their own warmup and cool down. There would be minimal instruction (i.e., these would be geared towards more experienced members), and there would be no “cash out.” The idea would be to offer a faster alternative to those who sometimes want to get in, do the WOD, and get out.

    Hari, from my perspective I prefer the hour-long session as, by gods, I need the coaching, but I can see how an expedited WOD-only session would be useful for those with time constraints.

    I did this as 25/40/60. I started out thinking I was going to do it as close to Rx’d as possible, but I was very wrong. The last 60 push ups were on my knees. Started the pull ups with the black band, but did the last 40 with the black band and a purple string. Sit ups unanchored, knees up, arms stayed below knees, and I love the yoga mat as it saved my tailbone.
    My time? Just under 40 minutes. (39:17)
