Our Fight Gone Bad IV team has 21 people and we have raised $4169 so far. There's still time to register to participate with us this Saturday, 9/26, for FGB4, the CrossFit community's annual charity drive to support Athletes for a Cure and the Wounded Warrior Project. Remember, you can always sign up for FGB4, make a small donation to yourself, and then come participate on Saturday--there's no minimum for how much money you raise and every dollar helps!

If you are unavailable to join in the fun on Saturday, please consider a donation. (When donating, type "crossfit nyc" as the team name then choose a member to donate to.)

7, 8am; 12:30pm: Instructor's choice
5:30pm: No WOD (Rest Day)
6pm: Presses, Push Presses, Push Jerks
6:30pm: Bench Presses, Pull-ups, Back Squats
7pm: Black Box WOD
8pm: Deadlifts (Skill work: ring dips, skin the cats, muscle ups)

Announcement:
Effective Monday, September 28, we will be adding a 7:30pm WOD. We are aware that several members have expressed interest in a later WOD (i.e., after 8pm). We will monitor the level of attendance for a few weeks after this change. We will then determine whether to eliminate the 8pm WOD and create an 8:30pm WOD.

Also, this workout is about 100x more appealing to me than any of the past three. Fingers crossed for a weekend of met-cons.

I am opposite of you. The last 3 days have been heaven. Heaven! I feel sore and tired and amazing this AM.

Crossfit is the great equalizer. I feel a 5K coming just in time to kill my lifting buzz.

We'll be running FGB from 11-2. As soon as we have 6-10 people ready to go, we will start a new heat, everyone will have a partner to count for them.

Jeff has assigned me as the new rest day dinner person... any suggestions for restaurants? I was thinking Rodeo for October 2nd unless there are any major objections. Who's in?

There is apparently plenty to know about it. I think in post we can find some good points. Mobile phones are the only things in live of which men talk about having the smallest.

I will recommend not to hold off until you get enough money to order goods! You can get the business loans or just auto loan and feel yourself fine
