From the CrossFit Brand X forums:

Today, everyone is a Big Dawg. Everyone can do this workout as Rx’d. If you are unfamiliar with the lift or have an absolutely horrible air squat, go light and work on form.

Tried to balance today between going heavy and working on my form. I probably skewed a little too far toward the former but I am definitely making progress on form too. I think I did 4 or 5 singles at 275 then stepped up to 295 and then 300. Plus some extra technique work at lower weights afterword.

Thanks Jeff and Lenny for spotting and correcting form.

worked on holding a full depth squat with NO weight to see how my ankle felt, which was, okay. Not great. But not horrid.

Need to work on form because I look up a lot and forget to keep my chest up. Thanks to everyone who helped spot me! Especially to Hari, since I fell backward on him for one of the 80# lifts.

Also, randomly, yesterday there was a guy in the Union Square subway who was beatboxing and playing a flute at the same time. Completely awesome, and there's a YouTube video of him. Check it out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=crfrKqFp0Zg

Thinking about going to see him perform at Ars Nova. If anyone else is in, let me know.

If you have a chance definitely check out the Kim Malz video on the CF main page today. I've dropped into her gym (CrossFit Persevere) a few times and she is an amazing lady!!!
