    Everybody’s a Big Dawg today with this WOD–no scaling necessary. Anyone new and not yet comfortable with the movement can just go light on the weight and focus on technique. Be sure to watch the video I linked in the WOD description if you need to be reminded of what a good HPC looks like (or if you just want to be inspired by good technique!).
