    I used them this morning, one of the latches does not hold. I did 10 reps during the first minute, then 7 reps during the second minute while having to adjust the ring to a somewhat level position two times. then had to adjust the ring every 1-2 reps until rep 25. I then moved to a different set of rings and finished shortly after 4 minutes.

    did one hell on box one foot in the air “muscle upas” as per keith -great practice for transitions. took me 12 minutes and change and only could do it with right heel and not left. hmm? i remeber keith snapped the picture. i was cranky at keith not at rip.

    Does anyone know the answer to Isaac’s question? I am a delinquent friend and I forgot to check the parking signs for him today.
    Also, I RESTED during the 12:30 WOD – iced 10-on-20-off and was lucky enough to witness TWO PEOPLE GET THEIR FIRST MUSCLE-UPS TODAY.

    I enjoyed the “Why Do I Crossfit? Why Do You Crossfit” article.
    I would like to echo some of the writer’s sentiments. I can’t think of too many other athletic competitions wherein athletes CHEER FOR their COMPETITORS.
    I had a guy – who was running the relay – cheer me on at the top of the hill.
    I saw someone get off the rower during the rowing/stake-driving WOD and cheer for the guy next to him.
    It was simultaneously very competitive and super supportive.

    Congratulations to Gabe, who got his first muscle-up, and then proceeded to get his second through thirtieth (or thirty-first) muscle-up!

    Did the 120 pull-ups (green band) and ring dips (blue band). 27 minutes.
    Also witnessed Gabe defy someone’s (ahem, Hari’s) expectations by blasting through muscle-ups #1-31 like he’s been doing them for ages, rather than minutes. Awesome work!!

    120 assisted pull-ups (beige/green band) and 120 assisted dips (purple band). Something like 25 minutes; I did twenty pull-ups before I remembered to look at the clock.

    Did 8 sets of 5 toe-assisted muscle ups, decided to try the real thing, got it and damn near yelled “YAHOO!”
    40 assisted + 10 kipping muscle ups. Took all the time I needed.

    Heh…I tried this at home today, which is laughable because I have no idea what I’m doing. Used an old physical therapy band for pull ups, and I think I got a total of, like, 30. 🙂
