Thank you Davi, Gabe, Max, Sara, and Torch for representing us at the Games!
Reminder: We will be hosting the Barbell Cert next Saturday (Rest Day) and Sunday. There will be no Beginner or WOD classes in Manhattan on those days. We are likely to announce additional WOD hours in Brooklyn. Stay tuned.

Took Brian’s Olympic Lifting seminar yesterday. It was well worth the investment! I still have a lot to learn but got a glimpse of what is possible. Brian is a really good teacher; He has a great eye and a passion for the sport. Don’t miss a chance to work with this kid before he becomes too big for our little gym.
