    Took Brian’s Olympic Lifting seminar yesterday. It was well worth the investment! I still have a lot to learn but got a glimpse of what is possible. Brian is a really good teacher; He has a great eye and a passion for the sport. Don’t miss a chance to work with this kid before he becomes too big for our little gym.

    Used an incline bench to anchor and just went at it. PR by 3+ minutes. Head was spinning.
