    Miss T is also 68 (WOD number 68 of the second quarter, not 68 years old).
    April 27 was correctly labeled as number 20. (April 28 = 21, April 29 = Rest Day, April 30 = 22, May 1 = 23).
    May 2 was incorrectly labeled as 23, rather than 24, and we have been one behind ever since.
    Wednesday will be the first WOD of the Third Quarter for those who want to buy into the Black Box Challenge (which is to do as many WOD’s as possible during the cycle that they are prescribed).
    There will be 69 official WOD’s during the third quarter, unless we get an Rest Day out of sequence, as was the case following last year’s CrossFit Games.

    Last night did “Sophie’s WoD” with the titular Crossfitter:
    Box jumps (27″ box)
    Walking lunges
    Then some burpees, then did Sophie’s WoD Redux with KJ:
    Box jumps (30″ box)
    Walking lunges
    That was so much more fun than the total!

    Ah memories. The last time this WOD came up, we had just moved into our current location. The only pull up bar was the small one. We did the running inside (32 laps) as the huge pullup station had not yet been installed.

    I plan to be a Tuesday night CFE regular as of next week as well. I’ll have no excuses, as I will be living but a warm up run away from the meeting spot!
    Tonight, however, I am psyched to tackle Eva. Even if my usual formula for estimating my WOD time off of Torch’s puts me at finishing in 1 hour, 49 minutes, and 48 seconds.

    KB swings w/ 1.5 pood…err 24 kg, used the purple teensy weensy elastic band for the pull-ups. Same general recipe.
    Seeing as how this is my first Eva ever (lolz), this is a PR.
    PS thanks Steve for suggesting that I break up my pull-ups w/ increasing rep strings for each set, instead of the other way around. 3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3, 5-5-5-5-5-5, 6-6-6-6-6, 8-8-8-6, 10-10-10. Well, it didn’t quite work out perfectly, but almost!
    Big ups to the big dawgs, this one was rough.

    As Rx’d, sub 400 single jump ropes for running. I didn’t want to get my hair wet, which KJ didn’t seem to approve of.
    56 minutes and change…forgot it literally moments after Torch shouted it out.
    First time doing 2 pood KB swings. The KB almost didn’t fit in between my legs. ALMOST.

    Loved running in the rain tonight, c’mon Levi! I let my straightened hair go back to curly! 12kg KB swings and green band pu. +4 rips – made the last round pretty rough. Should have gone with the 16kg because I was still able to break the swings into two 15reps by the 5th round. Oh well.
