Rest day wod just shy of 25 minutes...back to back days of box jumps were killer.

My exercise this weekend consisted of running to my local park, jumping rope, box jumps (onto a park bench), pull-ups, and generally monkeying around on the playground.

Today for the first time ever I got kicked out for being on the "children's" playground after 9am (when the only adults allowed are parents/guardians of kids).

Guess I need to start waking up earlier for my weekend pullups.
