    My exercise this weekend consisted of running to my local park, jumping rope, box jumps (onto a park bench), pull-ups, and generally monkeying around on the playground.
    Today for the first time ever I got kicked out for being on the “children’s” playground after 9am (when the only adults allowed are parents/guardians of kids).
    Guess I need to start waking up earlier for my weekend pullups.
