Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    First time as rx’d for women and only 3 away from matching my last score.

  • So, we did FGB as part of elements at the very end of January. I have a record of having done it, but I didn’t record my numbers!
    I am pretty sure I beat today’s, though. Jeffrey (amazing score today, bro!) was my partner that first go and I blazed through the SDLHPs, which I performed with rather lackluster wobbliness this morning (couldn’t seem to get my hands even on the bar or pull evenly).
