    Great job everyone on the Front Squats today!!! Remember, lead with elbows, not the hips, keeping the torso as upright right as possible. Work the pnf stretch for the shoulders in your warm-ups if you have a chance. One week of that and you will see a huge difference in your ability to get those elbows up.
