I wasn't going to do the WOD because of back and shoulder soreness from this week, but I'm glad I did. I think I may have learned my lesson about form though - I need to slow down and fix it before I really hurt myself.

Not great, but considering the WOD yesterday was heavy on the legs, I can't complain too much. Despite drastically reducing my weekly mileage since the marathon, it looks like CrossFit is helping me maintain a decent level of running fitness.

Coincidentally I did the following workout on Saturday, after a looong warm up because some dude was doing curls in the squat rack. Ok, maybe he was doing (light) deadlifts, I'll give him that, but boy was he taking forever.

My grip actually failed me in the 3rd round of that workout, probably from having to hold on to a bar between sets of DLs (or from the longish warm up). In contrast, my grip was a-OK through 5 rounds today.
