Jim- I usually do stairs in my office building. There is an extra little spark to having to dodge security while training.
I usually take one of the interval workouts from CFE and just adapt it. I might try the 3 rounds of:
1 min on, 1 min off X 3 max effort
Measure total distance. For each round that varies from the first, do 50 squats (at the end).
