Still suffering from some lactic acid build-up in my calves after the big run this weekend, so I elected to stay away from PJs today, and from anything else that involved a movement similar to standing or walking. Seriously...I need to run more...and better.
Anyway, here was my little creation for a minimal calf exertion WOD.
Warmed up playing with weighted Muscle ups and L-Muscle ups. 15 pounds weighted with a KB strapped...would like to try with a vest instead--the swinging KB was weird.

30 ring push ups (legs elevated on 20" or 24" box-not sure)
50 sit ups

Was brutal switching from the MU to the ring push up, especially after the 30 MU WOD Friday. Fun times.
