I'd like to do this WOD as RX'd but I know there's only 1 GHD so it will be almost impossible to do it during the WOD classes.
Would it be possible for me to come in early to get this done before class? Will anyone be there?
Otherwise what will be the sub for hip/back extensions?

Okay...so a few things.
Jeff, if nobody answered your question yet, we used 30 pound dumbells (but I think Dan used 12k KBs --which suck for balancing a one-armed row, btw)
Thanks to everyone for the well-wishes for my birthday and for the Series 7 -- I passed today and am so ready to resurface just in time for a rest day after the ridiculous rope climb, insane B-Day WOD and today's lovely adventure. Speaking of which, I have to say that I don't know my time for sure anymore, but definitely didn't feel that I was on pace to beat Craig -- thrusters were slow, but back extensions and GHDs fast - and pull-ups relatively fast. Anyway...working on two stop-watches threw me off, and I'm going to assume my time somewhere in the 25-26 min range.
Had to clear my conscience of that one.
