Did this at the Astoria Park track. My legs were dying fast on those squats. After the 1st round squats, starting to run felt interesting to say the least.

I have to say before starting this workout I said I thought sub 10 was possible, how those words turned to ashes in my mouth.
All I say is that this was freaking hideous, I was coughing up chunks for half an hour after, much to Kurts concern. The only thing that stopped me quitting was Kurt and OT. Thanks guys.

6 pm class. Collision avoidance systems turned to max but still had some close calls.
Tackled the Run/Squat WoD with OT and Bad Sam and got to take home DFL with a 12:00 even. It was interesting to find out where our strengths were, as Sam blasted through the squats, but ran out of air and I didn't have many breathing problems, mainly because my legs couldn't work fast enough to cause them.
