In the beginning

Every Saturday and Sunday the Manhattan Black Box offers free beginners' classes at 10am. Before we ask anyone to make a commitment to our Elements Workshops, we want to give them the chance to see what we're about and be sure that CrossFit works for them. So come on down! You've got nothing to lose. (We also have free beginners' classes at our Brooklyn location. Click here for their schedule.)

Can't make any of our beginners'-class class times? Drop me an email and we'll figure something out.

Since we were the only ones at the box, we had to do Michael separately. Our run pacing was off.

I needed this run.

Let it also be known that witnesses were on hand at Good Sam's to verify that I successfully completed the triple clap (barely)!

Thank you to all that came down to Crossfit Suffolk today. It was a great workout and a really great time. We all enjoyed hanging out with you. Hopefully we will get down there to the Black Box soon.

Who's leading the rest day seminar tomorrow?

Mike, who teaches Sundays.
