holy crap. i have the worst crick in my neck. i woke up today and couldn't lift my head. i've been stretching it, but i know that like a hang over, the only thing that can fix it is time. i just hope it isn't something more serious. it hurts to look at the computer screen :(

Did all 7 sets with 40kg.

Thats all the weight I had to play with at home. Wasn't sure if my doorgym pullup bar could handle the extra weight but it was fine. All overhand

Reps were not chest to bar, and there was some serious neck craning going on to get the bar to the underside of my chin.

Also did some benching. Btw, did you guys realize that we can bench in Brooklyn? Topped out at 245# (PR tie, a little over 1.5 bw), a weight I haven't done in maybe 5 years.

Did the pushing WOD yesterday.
