15 Glute-Ham Sit-ups
15 Hip Extensions
5 Muscle-ups

This is the first 30-minute AMRAP I can remember seeing (hence the title of this post). A sign of more higher-volume WODs to come? Do be sure to express your thoughts on that in the comments.

And in lighter news, look who's on the Affiliates blog! If you can identify all the CFNYCers in that pic, prove it in the comments below and/or over there, but also be sure to give a shoutout on behalf of the Black Box over there at the very least.

No place to set rings at gym so I subbed 5MU with 15 pullups/15 dips. Yesterday did GI Jane in 14:10 (PR).

As for the comments on the new AMRAP
I think this particular WOD needed to call for 30 minutes due to the inclusion of the muscle ups; I can imagine alot of people breaking down to singles by round three with this sort of circuit. On the other hand, I don't imagine we'll be seeing any 30 minute AMRAP Cindy's any time soon.

Let's see...In the picture you have me in the orange shorts (Josh), Erica in all black, Justin (in the red shirt), Rob on the street in the CrossfitNYC shirt and chuck taylors, Lisa is right in front of Erica, I think that's Tom on the left in the white shirt and wind pants and I think that's Louis in the EMS shirt. What do I win if I'm right?

I also love the scared looks of the pedestrians in the left side of the picture posted on the affiliates blog.

CFT: 305, 135 (PR), failed 405 twice. Squat felt fine; managed to press two 45's at last; barely could get the bar off the ground for the DL.

11 rounds + lunges. (jumping muscle ups - more like jumping ring dips). Ab mat situps and 45lb goodmornings.

Josh - If I recall that day properly, we also had a bunch of people who waited down by the door to cheer us on as people emerged for another leg of the run (was that a Helen?). It was both rewarding and kinda surreal.
