Went surprisingly well this morning.

Sq: 285, 295, 315 (tie PR)

Press: 125, 130 (tie PR), 132,5F(you gotta be kidding me)

DL: 405, 415, 420 (PR by 5#, back rounding a bit)

Total= 865 (PR by 15 #)

It would appear that one of the WOD's for the games is 30 inverted muscle-ups for time. Any chance that chin-up contraption will be assembled at the Manhattan Box for open gym tonight? I'd like to take a crack at a few of these, along with uneven Grace that I missed yesterday.

For random amusement I looked up "burpee" in Wikipedia.

Funny stuff.

Looks like all that stuff Josh told us about "Jailhouse burpees" was true!

Personally I think 500 would be a par score.

Deadlift: 275 (but with bad form. Demerits!)

Things that I learned from this WOD: my form sucks and needs work...

By the end I was getting better and keeping my back and shoulders more stable.

BTW, does anyone know when a good time is to check out the Brooklyn location?

The Brooklyn Box is usually open from 6pm onwards on all weekdays and 1pm Saturdays and Sundays. So yeah, feel free to come down.

Off-topic: It appears that our CFNYC wiki page has been hacked. Only the sidebar and Main. pages are gone, thankfully. Does anyone have a backup to restore it to its previous state?

If you goto the list of "All Recent Changes" and then goto any of the "Vandalized" pages you can restore the pages to a previous version, which is what I did to fix them.

ok ewen-for the record -I DID notice that the entire site "was not working"-but I assumed that it was just my computer! i kept saying-why can't i get this to work? where are all the pictures of the people?
frankly I am not sure I should have even admitted any of this

what can i say-i am nearly 39 with a degree in comparative religion and law. what do i know from whether its my computer or a real problem. my freshman year in college I came with an electric typwriter! but hell i was going to get my updated scores in! woot!

Chin up bar is installed, but not anchored.
